大排長龍！新竹動物園重新開放 亮點吸睛
經過兩年半的時間改造，全台歷史最悠久的新竹動物園今天重新開放，一大早就有許多民眾前往排隊，門口大排長龍，不只新竹市民期待，還有不少外地遊客前往，而這次有幾大亮點，包括沒有鐵籠，遊客可以近距離觀賞，另外門口大象與獅子雕塑純銅製作，也盡力恢復原始樣貌、園區內圓形噴水池更是列為新竹市的歷史建築。帶你一塊去看看全新的新竹動物園。
大朋友、小朋友全家總動員，一大早就來排隊，長長人龍看不到盡頭，全衝著重新開幕的新竹動物園而來。
台中民眾：「我從台中上來的，(特地來嗎)，對對對，因為第一次聽到公園裡有動物園。」
可愛動物們萌翻天，遊客拿起手機瘋狂拍照，還有資深市民特地前來。
新竹市民：「(以前的樣子跟現在是不是差很多)，當然差很多，現在感覺走不完。」
新竹市民：「不一樣很多呢，(怎麼說)，弄得很漂亮，很多動物。」
這座位在公園團購的新竹市立動物園，1936年成立是全台最久的動物園，占地面積2.7公頃，新竹市府斥資3億元，經過2年半大整修，有別於傳統，動物都關在籠內，這次改造最大特色，就是沒有籠子的動物園。滿額享折扣
