輕忽宿醉危險性 上午6時到12時酒駕肇事占比升
交通部今天表示，酒駕新制上路新品上架後，雖然取締與移送法辦件數降低，但早上6時到中午12時的酒駕肇事比例由11.8%逐漸上升至14.6%，顯示不少民眾輕忽宿醉的危險性。
交通部舉行「歲末佳節聚會多當心酒精殘留觸法酒駕」記者會，會中指出，酒駕新制從108年7月上路後，依據內政部警政署統計資料，7月到11月份間取締件數及移送法辦件數均有所下降，取締件數由7月份8546件逐月下降至11月份6615件，降幅22.6%，移送法辦件數從7月份4849件，減少至4142件，降幅14.6%。
不過，交通部道安會執行秘書謝銘鴻接受聯訪時說，從統計發現，早上6時到中午12時的酒駕肇事比例從5年前的11.8%上升到14.6%，顯示民眾忽略隔夜醉的現象，誤以為睡一覺起來酒精就代謝完了。
肝膽胃腸科醫師郭東恩解釋，只要飲用酒精不論濃度高低多寡，5至10分鐘就會進入體內，且不論量多量少，身體一定會吸收，每個人的解酒酶代謝速率不同，需要充足的休息才能將酒精代謝完全。
他說，酒精進到體內後是由肝臟代謝，一般來說，330CC酒精濃度4%至6%的啤酒，需要1到1.5小時可以代謝掉。
郭東恩說，如果民眾喝得更多，代謝時間也要往後遞延，加上料理中的酒精也很難評估，只要身體出現泛紅、心跳加快等現象，休息時間至少要半天，如果已經是酩酊大醉的情形，更是要休息24小時以上。
謝銘鴻呼籲，民眾要小心隔夜醉，一定要充足休息，代謝購買使用後心得完酒精後才能上路，前一天如果有較多的飲酒，即便已有一夜休息，隔天也最好搭乘大眾運輸工具，確保體內酒精獲得完全代謝多功能 ，不要存在僥倖心理，讓宿醉變成道路上自己及他人安全的隱患。（中央社）
